Rick Jordan is a certified polygraph examiner with over 20 years of professional polygraph experience. Mr. Jordan has extensive experience as a criminal investigator with training from numerous federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. Mr. Jordan received his basic polygraph training from the Argenbright International Institute of Polygraph in Atlanta, GA, and completed a year of internship with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation state-wide polygraph unit.

    Mr. Jordan regularly attends continued training conferences by the American Polygraph Association (APA), the American Association of Police Polygraphists (AAPP), the California Association of Polygraph Examiners (CAPE), and the National Polygraph Association (NPA), receiving from seventy to one hundred twenty hours of training every year. Mr. Jordan's professional achievements include being selected to be then chief polygraph examiner for the Nevada Department of Public Safety, servicing multiple law enforcement and government agencies throughout the state of Nevada; authoring the first model policy on law enforcement pro-employment polygraph testing for the American Polygraph Association, and assisting in the development of the first pre-employment polygraph program for the Nigerian National Police Force.

Our payment schedule

After our free consultation, we will discuss the required fee before an appointment will be scheduled. We require a 50%, non-refundable deposit to schedule an appointment, and the balance is due before the examination is administered. This is an industry-standard for polygraph examinations. Our examiners are paid based on the amount of time required to prepare for and administer the examination. Feel free to contact us if you would like more information. We accept US currency, credit cards and PayPal as payment. We can offer other payment and billing options for treatment providers, law firms, certain businesses, and government agencies.

    Our cancellation policy

    Cancellations are accommodated up to 48 hours before the examination without incurring a fee to reschedule an examination. If the examination is not rescheduled, the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be billed a nominal fee to reschedule; if the examination is not rescheduled or the examinee does not show up for the examination, you are responsible for the entire fee.
